Hello!
We live in Cochrane, Alberta (visit our home site - Urbancasual.ca) but we love to visit and play in the Columbia Valley! We have been loving our adventures so much, that we’ve decided to write about our adventures too.
Sometimes we investigate the Valley by water and sometimes we investigate by land with our 1984 Jeep YJ (here).
We like to explore to little known swimming holes, learn about the many, many animals and birds that call the Valley home and once in awhile, get our adrenaline pumping with some zipline fun! And we always bring the burgers or the hot dogs for a lunch time cook-up!
